Vintage 1950's Tourist Doll "Lady with Baby and Clay Pot" Maite Puno-Peru 10 in.

Description

Up for your consideration is this charming tourist doll from Peru. She has a tag stapled to her skirt that says Maite Puno-Peru. She stands 10 inches tall and has a small passenger on her left shoulder! She is wearing a red felt hat trimmed with grey and black ribbon. Her hair is black and looks to be made of yarn and it is in two long braids down her back. She has orange and white and pearl earrings on, her face and the babies face looks like felt and the eyebrows, eyes, nose holes and lips are all sewn on. The baby is in yellow and is being held on with a green wrap. Her shirt is grey long sleeves, and she is carrying a clay pot. Her skirt is green trimmed with yellow ribbon. She has a slip under her skirt that is sewn shut so you can't see her unders. Her legs are felt and she has small black felt shoes and is on a green painted wood stand.
