    Description

Here we have a Beautiful 1993 Toyota Itasca Spirit made by Winnebago RV. It has a Wonderful interior layout including the Booth Dinette, 4-burner stove and oven combo, double stainless sink, larger refrigerator, rear bathroom with separate shower, wardrobe closet in bathroom and lots of storage cabinets throughout. This Toyota is much more spacious than the previous model year Toyota Motorhomes. Has removable dinette table that can be stored which creates even more interior room.
Although this Toyota has spent most of its life in Michigan, it was always stored and doesn’t appear that it was driven in the winter. I don’t believe the motorhome has ever seen any Michigan Salt. I have a Carfax Report available upon request. The cab is very clean with no signs of rust at all. It has just under 60,000 original miles!! The Engine starts right up and sounds excellent. It has just been tuned up with newer Spark plugs, air filter and distributor cap / rotor. It drives wonderful on the highway, steering seems solid and holds to the road true and straight. Also no wheel wobble and brakes feel strong. Has rear suspension airbags(yes they work) which make for a more comfortable ride. I wouldn’t hesitate a bit to jump in this RV and drive cross country. They stopped making this model in 1994 so this is a late model version with extremely low miles! Best fuel economy for its size too. Can park in a normal parking spot. The details of our little beauty are as follows... first the Toyota: -1993 Toyota Itasca Spirit by Winnebago, V6, Automatic Transmission, Cruise Control on steering wheel -59,422 Original Miles -21 feet long -Cab AC -Factory Dullies in the rear with six lugs -Tires are in very great shape and have lots of tread left -Rear lockable storage box -Ladder -Outside Shower -Wrapped Luggage Rack on the roof -Roof top crank up Wineguard Antenna -New 12V House Battery -Recent tune-up and oil change service: new air filter, new oil filter, new Mobile 1 Synthetic oil, new spark plugs, distributor cap / rotor -MPG is around 15mpg or better at 55mph Now the Itasca Spirit by Winnebago: -Booth dinette, full sized jack-knife sofa, full sized Kitchen -Overhead Cab Bed -Oven, used very little, very CLEAN! -Double Sink -4 burner Stove -A very NICE Full Size Shower -Full Sized rear Closet for hanging clothes -Two way (electric, propane) full sized refrigerator, with freezer compartment (bigger than many other Toyota fridges) -Factory original Curtains and blinds for all windows. -Here's a link to the Operator’s manual for all the details (https://www.winnebago.com/Files/Files/Winnebago/Resources/OperatorManuals/Operator1993/93Spirit.pdf) or (https://www.rvroundtable.com/wp-content/uploads/winnebago/1993/1993.Spirit.pdf) -We have receipts and a Complete original set of Owners Manuals for the entire motorhome. -Includes a Full Size Spare tire under rear of vehicle
-Carpet still had original plastic protective covering when I acquired it a few months ago but it had cracks and was holding dirt. So I removed all the plastic and most of the carpet has very little to no wear. Understand that this is a 28 year old RV so it is not perfect or mint. Below is a list of things (mostly cosmetic) that I want to disclose to the potential buyer: 1.Although I have not found any roof leaks currently, I always try to tell everyone that most every motorhome of this vintage has leaked at one point or more. This one appears to be one of the cleanest I have run across. There is no sag under the front overcab area and no separation of the side seal. Also, the front bunk is original and has never been rebuilt. I just resealed the roof myself with Dicor Lap Sealant. I would consider the roof to be in Fantastic condition. There are no soft spots on the floor and no water stains anywhere to indicate leakage. 2.The interior carpeting is original and when I purchased it, the carpet plastic from the factory was mostly still intact. I have since removed the plastic and deep cleaned the carpeting. You may see some areas of discoloration but the carpet is in great shape for being original. It is not bad at all. The cab has an easy to clean rubber floor. 3.The exterior stickers are old and faded which is very normal for Toyota motorhomes. There are many companies who can custom create new vinyl stickers and have these replaced. 4. There are a couple small holes in the fiberglass at the rear of the coach above the storage box. I added a little silicone sealant over these holes to keep them water tight.
    5. There is one missing drawer under the fridge.
Mechanically, the Itasca runs like a top! Cosmetically, we believe this RV is in really great condition and could be near perfect with some replacement exterior stripes/buffing. We are Non-Smokers and there are no funny smells whatsoever!

Pricing...We believe this RV is the nicest Toyota listed for sale on Ebay currently. If you look at the sold listings, you will see the Itasca Spirits and the Winnebago Warriors have the highest resale value. It is amazing how well these Machines hold their value. With the incredibly low miles on our RV, we have priced ours in line with the other sold units but we welcome offers by using the “Best Offer” tab. Everything works on ours too, and she's ready to just get in and go! Very clean inside and out.
