Measuring to the top of her bun is 20" tall for this whimsical Russian tea cozy.  She is holding a bowl and maybe reading the tea leaves. She is clean without odors; with some light discoloration to the under quilted area.  Still attached are blue earrings. She has painted facial features and beautiful platinum blonde hair. She is possibly from between the 1960s and 1980s.  Her costume is cotton with a heavier thickness to apron look with rick rack trim.
