KIDDE Dual Spectrum Clean Agent FM-200 automatic fire suppression extinguisher

For your consideration, here is a New-in-box Kidde Fenwal Dual Spectrum Clean Agent fixed fire extinguisher, with both a manual release and electronic valve for use with an automatic fire suppression system. The agent is HFC-227bc, also known as "Kiddex Mixture 5%", which consists of 6.0 pounds of FM-200 (also known as HFC-227ea) with 0.3 pounds of Kiddex dry chemical.
This fire extinguisher is a component in the vehicle AFES used in MRAP armored vehicles, aircraft, and other US military applications, limiting the damage and hazards from vehicle fires due to malfunction or attack. I think this part of the system was designed to suppress crew compartment fires, with the dry chemical extinguishers (offered in another of my lots) being for the engine compartment.
Each extinguisher has quality control certification paperwork from Kidde Aerospace including information on the valve actuation (force, speed of electronic valve, electrical tolerances, as well as the empty weight and weight after being filled. On the couple of open boxes where I checked the paperwork, the certification/manufacture dates were in 2012.
Please note: Quantities of 3 or fewer will ship via FedEx Ground, to the 48 contiguous states; since they are pressurized, nonflammable gas, they need to ship as hazardous materials. The shipping rates will be typical for an item about 24#, but there will be a surcharge that FedEx assesses for handling hazmat shipments. Quantities of 4+ will probably ship via freight.
