Victory Antimicrobial Fruit and Vegetable Wash System

Rinsing Procedure:
Start the Victory dispenser by pushing and twisting the button to the right. Run the dispenser for 20 seconds to prime the pump.
Hold the produce under the stream of Victory solution for a minimum of 30 seconds, brush the surface, if needed.
Stop the dispenser by pushing and twisting to the left.
Soaking Procedure:
Close the drain in the sink. Start the Victory dispenser by pushing and twisting the button
to the right.
Fill the sink to the desired level and push and twist the button to stop the Victory solution flow.
Add the produce to the sink and allow to soak for a minimum of 1 minute.
Drain the sink and remove produce when finished with the washing procedure.
Note:
The sink may be drained and refilled as needed, depending on soil conditions.
The recommended concentration of the wash solution is 40 - 80 ppm peracetic acid. This concentration should be verified with the use of a test paper or test kit. Have your Ecolab representative demonstrate the correct use of the Victory dispenser and the concentration testing procedure.
