Rose and Flower Care also acts as a fungicide to control diseases such as black spot, powdery mildew, rust, Southern blight, and more. Rainproof for 6 weeks, any rain or water will not wash away the effectiveness of the product. The concentrate is easy to use- there is no spraying involved. Simply mix and pour.
