(tucked inside blanket)
rippled plaster creates a "wavy " hair appearance
originally black but worn  in places
underneath the covering is a rolled paper body
no legs ( it may have been on a papoose board)
wrapped in multicolored (tan, blue, red) striped handwoven, natural dyed cloth
cotton warp and wool weft
Oh the stories these little dot eyes could relay, with puffy cheeks and rosy lips lovingly tucked in a child's pocket
