This 1999 Ford E350 Coachman STARFLYTE Class C RV is 22 feet long on a Ford Truck Chassis with dual wheels in rear. All tires are brand new along with the brakes and PA Inspection. Motor was just renewed with rocker arm set and new timing chains. Engine is a V8 Ford Triton, the best of all V8's for gas mileage. Approximately 4 more miles per gallon than Dodge or Chev/GMC with similar power plants. Pulls this RV with ease and is equipped with a towing package.  Also has a recently installed NEW Onan Generator. 00.00 (have receipts) All batteries are new, just replaced this April.  Both AC's,  Dash and Overhead work as they should as does the refrigerator, range and microwave. Also comes with a FULL STORAGE COVER,  sewer, water and electrical hookups included and a 40 foot 50 amp extension cord for hookup at the house when being stored. All Manuals and instructions  for operation are intact. WARNING ! The TV and sound system work fine  but are from the 90's so you'll probably want to replace.  Dash sound system is up to date.  This RV is perfect for a couple and their dogs & Cats  to travel along.  Good for roughing it or RV park and is small enough to park at the local Wal Mart or Rest Area while traveling.  I believe you could drive this RV anywhere, but just my opinion, NO WARRANTY IMPLIED !  Thanks for looking, it's a nice one inside and out.
